This is so simple, but i live in an area that inventory is ridiculously low: less than 100 properties for sale!
This is why i need people outside my area. Lets talk and make money!! I have all in place to start.
What I have learn that when you are working with a wholesaler saleing their properties you what to have them signing a option to purchase contract and order for you to even look for buyer for his property that way you have some form of interest in the properties after that I'm somewhat in the same boat as you I want to know the next step where I am.

Well, this is for the group. I've been very active placing ads on Craig's List, Backpage, and Exigoo trying to get buyers. I've also contacted ads in those areas that "pay cash for houses" to get some bird-dogging action. Question; is there something I'm overlooking? If I were moble enough I would consider joining a real estate club.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
