I am a RE investor/agent in AZ available for assisting any of your RE needs. I am interested in investing in select areas around the US. I have been investing since 1995 and done ok, looking to explode to the next level. Any assistance from the DG vets would be appreciated, as I am always open to learning. I am excited to get to use Dean's system as a newbie to the DG family.

I am just starting out on assignment of contracts and I am in the process of building my list of investors. I came across a realtor who has access to investors and she is willing to connect me to her resources but wanted me to find out if I needed a license to do assignment of contracts. Does anyone know for sure if a license is needed to do assignment of contracts in AZ?

i just read the book and am excited to get started but would like a little help. where so i start first? there is so much to do and i dont want to get somethingstarted and not be able to come through. can i get some advice? thanks!
