Hello everyone, I just finished reading Dean's book, "Your Town, Your Profits" and I find the info inspiring but other than Greg Murphy's strategy of lease-options I don't know what to do. I spent 5k I didn't have on a mentor a year ago and haven't done a deal yet. So I am a bit hesitant. My wife is losing faith and mine is dwindling as well. Can lease options work in Philly for a guy with no money to work with and poor credit?
I am truly impressed with the support and encouragement of the DG family. Haven't seen anything like it before. That's part of the reason I believe I am in the right place. Hope to hear from Philadelphia investors and that we can help each other succeed!
