Dean there is so much truth in every thing that you say. I know my purpose for wanting to be succesful in Real Estate investing. I know that Real Estate is the way to go! I have many nay sayers around me who agree real estate is a great investment but would not take a chance on it. They want what is safe in front of them. I get no help or encouragement from my family. I really on my DG family and of course your video blogs are always on my daily routine. I have to be succesful this is very important to me and would change my daughters life's as well as mine. Even though my family are negative with my success I would love to be able to improve there quality of life as well and open there eyes. Thank you for your time and commitment to us. I have used up all of my savings in the past attending other events, that did not have the commitment and help that you give us. example Russ Whitney academy, Armando Montelango academy, Scott Mcgillivray etc. Now the only way to get back on my feet is to start over. The honesty and commitment that is so down to earth with you is real. I need for this to work I just started reading the 30 days to real estate cash I hope it can get me started! As right now I am in the negative.

That was awesome Dean I am charging like a bull to do a deal. Question to you is in the Success Criteria I am doing all of the above sometimes with setbacks and others I hit a roadblock. For instance I am doing everything like you and Matt said from your videos to your recent books I bought. I am on my 6th realtor and he seems on the money he comes back next week and I sifted through properties and ready for him to put in offers. I know I probably should not worry about if a offer will get accepted but eventually soon one will. If I don't have earnest money what do I do? Some of your students are guiding me but would like your feedback. The reason is I have a very small buyers list I am still trying to build but I am not as confident in them pulling the trigger since they are not specific on criteria's. Hope all is well.

Again I have allowed myself to stop believing in myself. But tonight you put new excitment in me. I am going to go back and read your book and start over thank you. I want to show my family and myself this works. I am 70 yrs old now ,no money to provide a great life for myself and not wanting to go back to work after being off for an injury I sustained on the job June 2010. yes I just got surgery for this injury and I do not want to go back to work. I feel like God is giving me another alternative. Realestate investing. I can do this and I will thank you one day at a time.

Thanks Dean for sharing your success strategies with us week after week. I look forward to seeing what you have to say each Monday morning. It starts my week out right. I really feel that I am a better person for listening and learning from your Weekly Wisdom. We all need to prioritize everything we do, but we usually end up just doing what we have always done, because we feel more comfortable doing it that way. Each week I listen to you and resolve that I will do better this week than I did last week. One of these days it is going to click, and I will give you all the credit.

You are such a great communicator! Everything you teach is amazing. What's really important is truly to make a honest effort and really try. This is a sure way to get all your duck's in a row. Great way to balance life's curve's and turns such as doctors appointment's and life's time.

We all have to have a way to see what's important and what's in front of us so we can stay focused on what we are to do first. Sometime's it is hard to juggle the need's of everyday life from health problem's, doctor's appts. etc.
We all got to keep it in perspective.

Dean proves this can't be done on your own. You have to PARTNER WITH YOURSELF first, then reach out to DG information,DG members(family), and invest in yourself by allowing yourself to make mistakes in order to learn.

Did you learn everything you already know without making mistakes? the sooner you make a mistake, the sooner you learn from it, the sooner you accomplish something. Somethimg is better than nothing isn't it? Take a chance and live! Win and grow,lose and learn. Don't, and you just die.

This what i really needed and it is what i need to start and have more confidence in myself and to strive to do more i know i can and i have to put in the effort and get out there yes i had some failures with people i dealt with,but i didn't let that hold me back and i need the help i will admit it.I'm not giving up on this and i never will i know that i can i'm always thinking positive.Your words alone can make people do the things that can motivate them to and want more out of life.

Great Wisdom!!!

Once again you have a way of zeroing in on what we need to go back and look at. Every time I think I get it, I find something I forgot or didn't do 100%. Thanks for not getting tired of reminding us. Thanks for never giving up on us. That helps us not give up on ourselves, and one day we can look back and help others avoid the pitfalls we fell into. This impact filter is an awsome tool we can use as a measurement. THANKS!

This is a technique that will be of great assistance in helping me focus in on what is most important and productive. Even more importantly, it will help me to identify and restrict or eliminate all the 'busy-work' stuff that is satisfying to look at when finished and makes you feel like you did something when in the big 'reality' picture you only avoided the things that actually would have gotten you where you wanted to go (but were harder to face or do). Guess we all need help in that department from time to time.

Can't wait to get started applying this one, this is quite a tool!!!

Somthing I have been wanting to tell you so I hope you read this.I have been following you for over 2 years and I must admitt that I have on occation strayed away, I have looked at other products and ALWAYS found my way back to you. You genuinely seem to be interested in your followers success. Also, thanks for reminding me about your latest book which I am going to add to get a copy of. I just need to look over my stuff, and see how to put together a buyer's list; so that, I will be ready to get going on the 25-1 strategy which you and Matt Larsen went over with everyone online a few weeks ago.
