Dean Graziosi a scam? Certainly not. If you’ve searched around you’ll notice tons of sites who work real hard to get their websites purporting negative and libelous information about Dean Graziosi, and virtually every other business in the world, to rank high in the engines. They claim to be consumer advocate sites warning unsuspecting consumers about scams and s, but what most are is is nothing more than scammers themselves dressed in sheep’s clothing, trying fleece every legitimate business, anywhere from $10,000 to hundreds of thousands of dollars. We are going to expose who the REAL SCAMMERS ARE!
Their entire business model revolves around creating a bunch of sites and trying to get them to rank in the search engines for the terms a customer would use to find info about a company. As a business owner, you know negative press (even online) can hurt you, so you want an opportunity to clear up any unsatisfied customers, or confusion. Second Round of Smears: Dean Graziosi is a Woman

Scam? Now that is funny!
It is unfortunate that these sites do this. I have seen them victimize lots of reputable companies trying to piggyback on their success to push their own substandard products.
I can only imagine the people who would believe Dean Graziosi's stuff is a scam are the people who never got off the couch and tried to employ the things in the program or book.
I was skeptical at first too, but the proof is in the pudding. Look at the success stories and you can see people just like you and me making it work just as it should. If you're expecting to be a real estate investor without spending money AND time then don't even bother. It can be easy, but it requires work, just like any job. The difference is this job can be fun, make you tons of money and you don't have a boss!
I agree...
I did a little research yesterday and came up with "Dean Graziosi is a SCAM". Then I read on and it seemed that the complaints were from people who were sending in money and not implementing the programs being taught. Scam or no scam... I like what I am hearing and reading and doing! I vote NO SCAMM! Thank you Dean!
Sincerely,
JBB @ MYRA properties & managment
DG Scam or No
I have the tendency to believe a lot of Deans methods are common sense and bordering real time advise more than a scam. I bought and read the book and believe DG is getting to be rich through us. But then he is allready rich and we are just contributing to his wealth. I have been subjected to a lot of these get rich fast chemes that always have a sign up small fee no matter how small these are they add up when one million people respond. They will send a long e mail which one can sum up in a small paragraph and still do not reveal to you what they are selling. It is all common knowledge to every sensible person that many people got wealth through real estate but these are people who happen to be on the move and are aggresive more than the average person. I still reserve judgment on DG and feel I need more time for judgment. I have managed to stop at only buying the book and tried the 4closure alert listing that came with it.
What is holding you back?
If catching the attention of one million people is easy and all you have to do is get them to spend a few bucks to make a lot of money what is holding you back from doing it? Have you ever tried? Why not? Lets talk about the biggest money making scam in the U.S.. A college degree! All I heard growing up from "successful" people is "go to school, get good grades so you can get a safe secure job with benefits" HA!HA!HA! What a joke! First they charge you $25,000 dollars per year on information that can be learned in 3 months, then they make you buy books that cost $150.00 each but you can sell them back at the end of the semester for $20. So you walk away from college with over $100,000 worth of debt and information that is obsolete in 2-5 years. Oh yeah, and they just outsourced your position to India. Our current post- high school education system is a scam! Why do we put up with it?
good one!
So sad, but true.
scams
I got this program from a friend and then I went to google and typed Dean Graziosi and was dismayed when I read all about the scams and rips off of this company. You see, when I started reading the book I was encouraged, this is one of the few things that make sense to me and I understand it, so I will keep reading on and learning and using the tools and soon I will put it to the test.
Ever notice anything about a negative review?
One reason I don't give a lot of attention to a negative review is that after they get done bashing the person there is a little link somewhere on the page that says "if you really want to learn how to make money fast click here". That is a dead give away that the review is fake. Some negative reviews are real. There are people that buy Deans book, read the entire thing, look at 2-3 properties and decide real estate is a scam because there aren't any good deals out there. Very few people that try something and quit have the guts to admit that they are spineless and lazy and that is why they failed. It is easier to blame somebody else.
fear
After 31 years of working for a major telephone company, I retired and at this time are looking into buying the lien on a small two bedroom house, two blockes from two schools and the football fac. in a small town that is not too far from me. The people that owned this res. had just gone through a divorce and neither wants to pay the payments to take care of this note. From my homework the property is worth approx. $80,000 and with the investment and repairs, my wife and I, stand to make about $60,000. Untill I watched Dean G. on the itv, I had no idea on how to due this. To make that kind of money in 60 days of minor leg work which is as much as i made in a whole year plus a lot of overtime as a telephone man with my knowledge, well you can call him a scammer if you want because it is still a free country and you have that wright, but as for as me and mine, untill I read Deans book,"BE A REAL ESTATE MILLIONAIRE", This was just a dream. Thanks Dean, from my family to yours. "THERE IS NOTHING TO FEAR BUT FEAR ITSELF"
Lazy!!!!!
It is the only word that comes to mind. It seem with the net you get, those who don't do, criticize. Too bad for them that they will be wondering where the Social Security check is. Hello!!!! S.S. is bankrupt. Wake up and get out of your own way and just do it! I wood love to know how much these critics are making a year and how many hours they have to work. I know, live below you means and invest for the long term in a 401K.
All the best to my fellow Real Estate Investors creating your dreams and living in the solution.
Second Try
This is my second investment into realestate. I have not received my book as of yet but one thing I can say for sure is this...The knowledge I have received from this website alone is greater than what I got from the whole system I purchased in the past. The audios are great, the forums and posts are insightful and easy to understand. If the book is anything like the site, my vote is "NO SCAM". From the site alone I have allready called my local realestate companys and have obtained REO lists, plus found information on starting an LLC along with information on how to start, run, and update a cheap web site that not only offers my clients information but allows me to handle the information i receive in a more timely and professional manner. So far I would have to say this is the best investment I have made to date. Thank-You all for being a family and i consider all of you my teachers and mentors. Keep up the GREAT work you are doing. It benefits us all.

coaching?
If you just signed up on friday and today is sunday why would you expect anything before Monday - which would be a normal working day. More than likely there is a processing time in order for them to receive your info and factor you out to the appropriate coach that could help you the most. A little patience i all that is missing here, I understand about the money and all but please just give them a day or so (working days) to gt you set up and ready to go.
And as for your question, NO - definitely NOT A SCAM.

No way!
I believe Dean's the real deal. NOT A SCAMMER! As busy as he is, he still takes the time to post comments here on the website, no other guru I've ever bought from has done that!
hes the real deal you guys!!!!!!
i tried diffrent program before this lets just sauy it was a tax program ,now in my mind ive learned so much from theis website and reading the books from dean, i did a 10 week course before they left me hanging , on the other program in enroled last year , with deans help from hes books anf this website i now own a bank forclosed property im applying what i learn for my next prop ,if my honest answer hes the real deal not jon becks program,!!!! read the books they will help you . but you got to take action!!!
Hey Mike!
I took John's coaching program and they left me hanging too!! I'm sure glad you post that. I know first hand that Dean has gone far above what other guru's promise and I agree Dean is the REAL DEAL folks!
i had to say it elana
ya that left me with a bitter taste after that on , i be honest when i saw the comm on tv about dean it sound real but i was skeptapal after the last one ,im glad i took the dive with dean program,
oh I agree!
I was totally skeptical about other gurus after John, especially after I bought a house at a tax sale that I still have! It was very hard on me, it took me months to take another step forward or give another course a chance. But I had Dean's 1st book and his think a little differently course and they never tried to upsell me anything. So I knew his new book would be worth it too.
oh nooo your in the saME BOAT AS ME!!!!
I DID THE THE SAME THING ,IM STUCK WITH A HOUSE IN FLINT mi THAT I BOUGHT WHEN I WAS DOING THE 10 WEEK COURSE, AND A VACANT LOT THAT THE OWNER LIVES NEXT TO, THAT HASNT RESPONDED TO ME , I KNOW ONE THING I WONT BUY A HOUSE WITH OUT STEPING FOOT INSIDE ANYMORE, AT THE TIME WHEN I BOUGHT IT I THOUGHT THE LAND WAS WORTH THE
AMMOUNT BUT NO ONE WANTS IT, LIE AND LEARN , IM TAKING WHAT I LEARNED BY THAT AND APPLYING IT TO HERE.
OMG!
Mine's in Flint too! We could be neighbor...LOL! Yup, I took that stupid 10 week course too, brother! I had it on Ebay with two buyers that won it and both of them backed out of the deal, for different reasons, but I'm still stuck with it. I at least made my money back on it, but that's getting eatin up by the taxes now.
dean? scam or real deal?
i`m probably a little too laid back for real estate, but i must say i like reading his book and applying his principles. i`m more interested in rental properties right now, which i feel is the best deal now,CAUSE NO ONE HAS THE MONEY TO BUY!
in closing,i have made one deal, and it hasn`t had a closing yet but i`m hoping for good things. i did alot of the viewing and legwork myself, with some input from an agent ,then made my offer through him.seems legit to me!
thanks dean!
joe
No Scam
I have bought realestate program on tv before, and did well I bought 3 home paid off for two cars and buy a business out of these programs, the real deal is you have to put in the work, I did not know nothing about realstate untill i order the program, now i saw dean program order the book and the information that i have received so far it incrediable, i have learn so much since i have received my book, the website is great, to make money you have to spend money and time, use your common sense to move forward with what you are learning and put to good use
The Real Dean
I have read his books and I know first hand Dean speaks directly from his heart even citing personal experience dating from where he was still a beginner in real estate. Even when he talks on air you can tell he means what he is talking about. I have been reading on lines too and to be honest I don't have a killer deal yet but I will assure you I will make me money by simply applying Dean's marketing strategy. Watch out for the breaking News in my journal coming soon....dom

Dean a Scam?????
I have read Dean's first book twice. I'm about to purchase the second. No one is as skeptical about "gurus" and "you can be a millionaire" scams as i am. However, I just dont see that with Dean and the numerous success stories that are associated with him. I think everybody wants everything yesterday and no one is willing to put in work or demonstrate patience anymore so they attack Dean. Dean is as close to a "hand holder" as I've come across in the real estate business. Others want your money and they leave you hanging. Dean gives numerous resources for you to get started and stay moving. Scam?? I dont think so.
No way!
I was reading another forum and saw this post on here. This is so true and probably how a lot of people who started after seeing Dean on TV felt: Dean Graziosi Scam?
Scam, lol.
I have always wanted to get into real estate and never knew how. From Carleton Sheets to your basic tax lien course, all of the programs give you some basic information and send you on your way. They don't bother to show how to do it from a "rookie's" point of view. Therefore, their motivation is strictly money.
There is a reason why I have been a cynic my entire life. Having been in the military and law enforcement most of my adult life, i tend to be exposed to the bad side of people and therefore look at these programs as a scam. BUT, after buying Dean's books and getting into the coaching program, I have realized that he has really built a system that can make it happen for you if you are willing to put in the effort.
As far as I am concerned, people that call this a "scam" are people that do not have the drive to truly be a real estate investor. Give it the time and effort that a dream deserves and you will see that this is anything but a scam.
I for one am a fan!
I just posted something in my journal along this line. People sometimes post negative things here (or elsewhere online) and they are really talking about things the don't know anything about. I agree with whoever wrote above in the thread that you always learn something from reading real estate books, so even if someone just read Dean's books and decided it wasn't for them, I guarantee they would know more than what they new before. I think Dean provides real value --- just this site alone is an example--for anyone who wants to take advantage of it. I add my voice of support to Dean Graziosi, his team, and the members of the DG family.
