You're the man.

Scams DO NOT change people's lives only destroy them. Scams DO NOT help people build financial wealth only suck them dry of what money they have.
Scams DO NOT supply a community of support but instead leave people standing alone wondering what the heck happened.
Dean Graziosi HAS changed my life, HAS helped me on the road to building financial wealth and HAS given me a community of support.

Dean a scam.... NOT!!!

My first overall impression is "not a scam",but it seems that there are only assignment type deals he suggests.Whithout having CASH you will never get to square one-in my opinion.CASH is king in R.E.O's for example.If someone out there can tell me how to do any of his deals without any cash-please tell me!!!!!!!

I would like to add That I am buying all my homes subject to the existing loan. That way I am using their credit, I also get the deed to their property. It really works well once you get all the kinks worked out. Had a lot of help from the success academy.

My wife says the same thing. When I start making money from this program I will show her what the real scam is. At least the negative publicity will get some more response and as soon as they start reading and following the advice their mind will change and the family will grow. Great books amd other materials Dean. Don't let any of the bad publicity get you down. At least it will make people take a look.

Oh please, this really ticks me off! Yes, people that paid money for the material and just looked at it and through it on the shelf are lazy sons of guns! Those are the ones that are quick to complain that the system didn't work for them.

Well, if those people gave it a try, and did a little more each day they would soon realize that they did more than they ever did working toward a goal.

DG doesn't deserve this type of publicity!

All I know is Dean sold me a book that he promised would help me.Guess what it has helped me. I'm so excited with the new found knowledge I'm unable to think of anything else.

Remember, cash can come in many different forms and from many different places. You are right, cash is king, the best kind being someone ELSE's cash. That's where thinking outside the box comes in. It's fun to find all those people that want YOU to use THEIR money because you have such great skills in RE. No joke. You may NEVER have to use your own money..

How sad is it when people have nothing better to do than find fault with those who are trying to make a difference, like Dean, in other peoples lives. I think that Dean's books and sites are fantastic and it is obvious to see the strategies work if implemented. I hope that those of us who are looking to change our lives and not following the masses will not spend any more time on these unfortunate name callers and focus on the results we can obtain by taking action on all of this wealth of information Dean offers. I hope all of this makes Dean stronger and even more motivated to continue doing the great job he is doing and I hope he is making a boat load of money. God knows he deserves it. Mary-Ellen

I came across this page when doing a search for positive feedback and support in regards to Dean's system. I do not know about anyone else and can only speak from my own experiences... My husband and I bought 2 of Deans books. We have been reading them for about a week. I am SUPER IMPRESSED. I have been applying all of the techniques and "assignments" at the end of the chapters. I have already found 1 house and 2 villas/condos that I would have NEVER come in contact with at such amazing deals without his book. It is educational, motivational and even though I just read above that one person commented that his ideas are common sense... they are only common practice or common sense to someone who is educated about this type thing. I on the other hand do not have experience buying or selling anything and I appreciate the opportunity that he is allowing me. I know this can change my future because it has already made progress in such a short time.

Its sad that there are some many unhappy people in the world, that want to bring a person down because he doing so much good. Dean If you are a scam,well keep up the great work you are doing for me and the DG family. As long as the people are talking about you, well you are doing something rigth.

Hello everybody, I'm new for all of this and it is a little overwelming. I bought the book and now they are offering me the coaching. I'm a little scared cause is a lot of money for me and don't know what to do. Any advices?

If you want to make true go of REI and need a little support and a lot more education the Academy is the way to go. The 2 main things you need to consider are:

that isn't a scam!

I saw Infomercial which got me to looking. Found some of the sites that claim it is a scam and also came here. What can you guys tell me? I am here with my last few pennies. I don't know if I can even buy the book at this point. If I don't get at least one payment together my home will go into foreclosure myself. I was put out of my job a year and a half ago due to downsizing. The town I live in has the second highest unemployment in the state. So don't know when money will flow again for me. I had great credit before all of this now I am getting destroyed. If I am able to buy the book how will I succeed without the ability to use my credit to get loans etc to invest in real estate. Where would I get the money to leverage for the properties? I am at my wits end to begin making a living for my family again. Is there anything here that can help me?

I did my due diligence, watched all the videos on utube, research, skimmed through 2 books, and watched the edge10 videos, through it all, I believe Dean is very sincere, credible, truly wants to help people succeed. He has an amazing system and is a great mentor.

There are way to many successful people using Deans strategies to say that he is scamming. And you don't have to spend Thousands of Dollars to learn from Dean. All you have to do is buy a couple of his books, read them and join this site to build your own Financial success. Oh and by the way the books are worth way more than we pay for them. I hope to some day meet dean face to face so I can thank him personally.

Just what I have read in the first book of his I placed, I can tell he is anything but some scam.
Dean is the most honest, caring Real Estate Investor out there anywhere and I placed an order for a second book and some added bonus's with it.
I intend to begin when I'm ready but for now, I kneed the knowledge he lets us all in on and this site of Dean's, The DG family; you can't go wrong!
In his books he gives real people's stories how they began their own success's by following his great advice.
So anyone out there thinking he's a scam, think again. Better yet, do a real deal and tell us he scammed you. If you follow his stratagie's as he tells you to, you will not go wrong.
I'm thinking of beginning with the online version of making money online that will come free with the second book order as I have no car
to go looking for the right deals for investors, plus I need to get money ahead to do that at a later time so it works if you work it.
I'm anxious to begin and I have some family members too who say to me: "No you CAN'T buy a house with no money down; haha and laugh at me; just wait till I show them how wrong they are given the opportunity to go out and actually do my first deal with success just by following Deans advice!"

WOW- It amazes me that lazy people will ALWAYS come up with an excuse or blame someone else for their shortcomings or failures.

ALL businesses have at least one customer who is dissatified or wants something for nothing.FACT

REI courses,coaches/mentors is NOTHING new. This REI path has been around for longer than most of you. Its ALL laid out and all YOU have to do is FOLLOW it. NO SHORTCUTS and NO EXCUSES.

It all comes down to the individual and HOW bad they want/need to succeed. If you want it bad enough, you'll find that you can do this or anything else in life.

REMEMBER... only YOU can change your situation in life.

I am in complete agreement! I am currently 22 and am very seriously considering not completing post highschool education and pursueing real estate full time. The reason? I cannot see the value in a 150K education that will secure me a position starting at 45K. Not to mention, at this point, it may no longer simply be a matter of paying off student loans and making 45K, the will be a mortgage possibly, car notes, and just day to day life.

I believe staunchly that you do not have to have a degree in order to be education. You simply have to pick up a book, and apply it.

I totally disagree with you, I own a small trucking company that requires of all my time to take care of and of course it is succesful; so by no means can anyone consider me lazy, I went and pay $1997.00 for a 3 days workshop wich I was led to believe was to be conducted by Dean, yeah right! Not only he never shows up; is just a bunch of guys from Utah trying to talk you into buying even more material with ridiculous prices anywhere between $10,000.00 and $60,000.00 yes, dollars. Anyhow they not only do not teach you anything new; all they do is repeat everything that is on the books they tell you to read before going to the workshop and in the mean time keep telling you not to let anybody tell you it is a scam ( wich it is) and keep trying to pry you for info on your economic situation to see how they can talk you into letting go of your money . In short this a scam of the highest order and by the way do you know Dean Graziosi is rated " F " by the central Arizona Better Business Bureau. Also you can look up Dean Graziosi on Scambook.com

I have met REAL people who have had massive success with Dean's programs. Some have read the books and applied the step-by-step methods and others have used his coaching program. Dean is real and not a scam or a liar.

Anyone who is willing to put in the work will see results. It's not a get rich quick program. Like anything worth having, it takes effort and persistance.

Oh, and by the way, YOU lied when you said Dean is rated F by the Central Arizona Better Business Bureau. At least try and make your fabrications believable!
