They usually don't charge for their FREE cards, you only pay shipping. How come you were charged $2.99??? Hmmmm, I just bought another 250 last week and I only paid $5.99 shipping. Yeah, their website's ok, but hey for $4.99 it's not bad. You can also get a free one with microsoft business office, with limitless pages too. Then just forward it to your domain name for $9.99 a year through godaddy.com. They're the best, in my opinion!

Elena, Sully, I know both of you and many other are wizes in the area of real estate, and by the way before I go any further I do have a quarter acre in Citrus Spring, Florida. However, as you all know, I am trying to purchase my own home and I am looking for either a HUD or foreclosure property for little money. Since I have very little cash at hand, how does that work with the card that says "I buy houses for cash?" Elena, Sully, anybody I need your help, support and guidance. That's why it's so important that you build your list of buyers. Even though "you" don't have the cash, you know of other buyers that CAN produce the cash and close on those deals you lock up and pass on to them. You're using OPM (other people's money) to buy these properties, so in essence you DO have cash, it's just not yours! Make sense?

maybe....i'm buying the WRONG ones?, were do you see the FREE ones, because they e-mail me constantly(annoying) and i just happened to need some more cards so i clicked the link on the e-mail and it said they were $4.99, i guess i'm saying maybe i ordered the "PREMIUM CARDS" by accident

the free cards cost $4.99 with the shipping. If you are paying a total of $4.99 for your cards then they ARE the free ones. You are doing it right.
