Real-Estate Courses

Real-Estate Courses

So my parents are still sitting on the money they saved to send me to college. I was enrolled previously with absolutely NO DIRECTION and only used 20% of it before I found my own path in the music recording market. Since my move here to Phoenix, I've lost a lot of connections (in the hopes of making new ones) and in the meantime, cannot make ends meet with recording projects alone. That being said, I've been offered 'free tuition' so to speak and am honestly considering taking them up on this offer. From what I've learned in the music market, degrees can only teach you the books and show you very little in terms of experience. I've been conditioned to believe its not what you know, its WHOM you know. At least, that's how it goes down if you're trying to make bank with record deals. My parents think I would benefit from taking a real-estate class. I am not opposed to it, but my full-time job as a sound-pusher is very demanding and not paying as much as I'd like. I have the option of only a 5 day work-week as opposed to a 6 but am concerned of my time being improperly invested. I am jaded from the results of online-courses due to previous experience with them some 8 years back. If I am going to a formal course this time around, I want a GOOD teacher. Money is no object. Time IS.

Your feedback is appreciated.

Hi JB

I'm new to this site (about a month or so).... but I took already several classes and boot camps as well as succesfully participating in "Real Estate Principles" at a college (required if you would like to take the Real Estate Agent license test in CA). I later decided NOT to take the license test, for several reasons.

Well, my experiences would take too long to post here (and I don't have the time right now either).

But you are welcome to look at my profile (put some info about this in there). Or you can email me, and I can call you in AZ..... (it was AZ, or not? You found that $50K house worth potentially $185K, right?)

And I'm more than willing to tell you all my experience with the RE classes etc. I took.

Let me know....

Good luck!

Conny

Real Estate Coaching

JB,
As a real estate coach for Dean Graziosi, I can tell you that THIS program is sound from the top to the bottom. I have invested in real estate for 15 years and I now have the opportunity to teach, mentor and guide students in realizing their real estate potential! Dean has a system that is developed to help students, that have very little to no real estate experience, understand the basics of real estate and progress to the more complex strategies. It is by far the most effective way to learn real estate.

I agree with Drew.

Drew has it right. This program is sound. Dean is a stand up guy who has done real estate. We, including Dean, are committed to helping others succeed at real estate. This is the best business in the world.

Coaching

Hi JB,

I Live in Southern NH and it seems like all these deals on this site are from FL, CA, and other Southern areas. Can this happen in my area too.

Im in the proccess of reading thru deans books, which are so Exciting. But I am starting to wonder- How can I get a bank to give me $ to buy something Foreclosed when I'm up to my elbows with my own Mortgage? And I don't have a money tree in my yard (too bad I know).

If someone tells me Menotring would really get me going, I'd figure out a Way to afford it

Can u advise?

Trying to figure this all out.......

Its almost like...

real estate classes won't teach you anything you can't learn in Dean's books?

Real Estate Courses

Although the courses teach similar information that the book teaches the courses expound on the book and offer a different way to learn so the student can gain as much as possible from Dean's information. Dean wants to give the best detail in all he does and the courses fill in any missing gaps. As well, the advisors answer any missing or miss understood information.

Real Estate courses

With the courses they will also give you action steps to follow that will step you through exactly how to get started investing.

Success Story

Here is a great statement about the courses and coaching from a Client named Bob from NY:

I have learned quite a bit with all the help and info at hand. I realize that I am only at the tip of the iceberg, I have a long way to go. The advisors i find are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and most of all, are ready to answer any question or situation, i may have. I feel confident i have a lot of good people to help me. I always feel better after i speak with an advisor. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK.

One More...

I wanted to share just one more - This one is just about the coaches. This is from Lynn from CA.

The advisory has already proven to be invaluable. The encouragement alone is worth every penny and more. The information in the lessons is concise and clear, but when you go to put in into action it is another story. I not only received guidance, but step by step instruction on ways to proceed, clearing up questions and self doubt. No one wants to appear a fool to experienced Realtors and the like, and it is a blessing to know there is a place I can turn, get solid information, be encourage and hang up feeling that no question was foolish or a waste of time.

The advisory team took a great deal of time, didn't rush me or make me feel as though I was a bother. I can honestly say, I look forward to the next I run into a road block and need assistance.
