OfflineI am from Canada, and I do not think this system will work over here due to the differances in our laws and Real Estate rules, anybody that is in Canada, if you could ring in would be great to hear or from any other member that might have this knowledge.

We consult all over the US and Canada. The real estate investing is pretty much the same but the foreclosures are different. In the states you have months to act on the property before auction, pre-foreclosures, short sale, etc. In Cananda, you don't have the same time available. But let's face it, there are still alot of motivated sellers out there that aren't quite in foreclosure yet.
