We have all heard of lease options and possibly even sandwich lease options. This can be one of the easiest ways to get started without much money and hear is a method to get lease option and many of them.
Call the for rent ads in the newspaper. Most of the people in the “for rent” ads do not want to rent properties and they may have not considered doing a lease option.
Call the owners and ask if they are interested in selling. If they say yes then travel to the property. While at the property with the owner ask about a lease option. This method yielded a 25% result for me during a fast market. Think about what you can do now.

Sounds fascinating. I will do just that with the "for rent" ads.
Let me ask, what is a fast market? Is that when the market is in an upward trend?
Anyway, thanks nstreet.

Upward trend is right. Usually a fast market has more buyers than houses sold. People tend to fight over houses driving the prices up. This also causes buyers to purchase quickly - thus a fast market.
Lease options can be a great alternative for many. In todays market with the number of foreclosures and the number of people going to rentals lease options becomes a very strong alternative.
Here is another thread that a fellow coach put together. This is also great information following what is listed here.
