I live up in the North East and our winters can be unpredictable and brutal. This leads me to the question, Is it going to be more difficult to flip deals in the winter months? Especially when they are rehab properties?
I don't know too many people who are going to want to rehab a home @ -20 degress, icey rain, snowstorms, etc...
Has anyone ran into this problem or have any comments?
