Hey DG Family,
I have a question: Is there anybody out there using this system NOW in 2012? And if so, can you share how it is working for you, and if the built in phone scripts that give advice on dealing with your lender, still apply in todays current market, considering all of the rule changes that banks had to make after the f/c crisis?
I am asking this question because I notice all of the reviews are from 2008/2009 , nothing current.

Hi Everybody, Hi Dean, O.K. I'll be the first to admit that it's a very necessary thing to invest in my own education. Since I'm choosing to become a Real Estate Investor and choose Dean Graziosi and the DG Family as my family of potential mentors...can I be honest here? this is REAL TALK, not whining, complaining or excuse making, and I'm definetly not seeking or looking for a handout, but how do I, how do we get the materials we need to help jump start the process when we don't have the funds? In this case, it's the AFF program...ideas anybody?! Again, I'm not having a pity party or seeking a handout...SOME HOW!SOME WAY, I AM GOING TO GET IT!!!! I BELIEVE!!!!! So hear is the deal. The contracts are what make everything hold together. You make friends with the buyer. Really... Make friends with the buyer. They have the money that you need to buy the home and property. You do the same thing with the seller. Only,,, with the seller you are really trying harder. You want the buyer to be able to tell you everything about them,,, while keeping your life and goals,, outside of the 'deal'. You are making friends, but reminding yourself that this is your 'JOB' to buy and sell homes. Make friends and help them 'find' and 'buy' and 'sell',,,,, (not in that order most of the time,) properties.
You have it in you to do this. All you need to do is stand up and start doing it. Go to Auctions and find people who have cash to spend for you. Don't tell them you need their money to buy, just get them to understand that you 'BUY' and 'SELL' houses. It is much easier to talk to people who don't know you. Build a 'Buyers List' and the money will roll in.

So how do I do that? I have bad credit and I don't see anyone giving me a card. I do have to admit though,,, a card would help if the funds are high enough. Any tips or ideas on this?

I have question, what if the we know the forecloses take place and know it's foreclosure what can we do about it, are we able to assignment a offer or still have to wait til it's on the market and all? so many questions.
Yet also want to know if anyone using it and does it work for u?
