I am trying a 7-day free trial program of foreclosure listings with another company but there are very few pictures of any properties. This is frustrating because it means that I have to either call the broker (I don't want to commit yet) or drive by.

I just want to request more details on how this program works?. Is this a subscription for a lifetime/unlimited access to pre/foreclosed properties in all U.S. States?. What are the info. that can be obtained from this program. I am really interested in getting it. Also, this may sound 'stup.../ignorant' to you, but I'll ask it anyway. Do you have a program or planning to have a program, where subscriber paying a one-time subscription fee, can have access to info. that the 'Title Company' have pertaining to the property/ies, like liens, tax, mortgage balance, owner info., etc.?. Ok, so I see a TON of the same questions I have but no answers. What do they show in that Foreclosure program ? Is it real-time or is it a bunch of stuff on a CD that will be dated by the time I receive it ?
