If you are interested in No Money Down strategies, birddogging and assignment of contracts are great ways to get started. When you birddog you will locate the properties and point them out. Investors will normally pay approx. $500 per deal. If you decide to do Assignment of Contract, you will locate the property, find FMV, assess it and come up with the offer price and even make the offer. Once accepted you can assign it over to another end buyer or investor which can pay between $5,000 - $10,000.

Do anyone know of a book on the market that covers the topic of bird-dogging. I have reviewed the post and I just feel like a need more.
