I am extremely excited to see that this site exists and is being utilized by people who are excited about the prospect of making money in real estate.
I too am a firm believer in Dean's strategies and I am trying to overcome the challenge of making it work in a high cost area like San Francisco.
I am a real estate broker working in San Francisco for the last two years. I opened the doors to the brokerage with the firm belief that this was THE time to enter real estate when everyone else seemed to be running away.
I am inviting all of those who live and work in the Bay Area and in California in general to join the group and assist one another in finding gold that's out there.
I have many many resources that you may not have and that is not generally available to the public.
Check my classified listing on this site as I am willing to help any of you with title searches and offers and anything you may need a real estate agent or broker for AND I credit between 1% and 3% towards the purchase price if you use me.
We are all just trying to make it and I see no reason why we can't do it in a high cost area just as easily as the rest of the country.

Hello, I'm Greg, my first deal was accepted by the bank and now I'm under the GUN to get a CASH BUYER.
We have this 3+ bed 2.5 bath 2520 sq ft home in Oakley CA currently on contract but the buyer fell through. The FMV is $270,000 since this home is a former MODEL HOME with many upgrades. It's in fantastic condition with up to $35,000 in Instant Equity. Seller to pay for complete landscape job upon close since the trees and scrubs are overgrown etc. Hardwood Floors, Granite Counters, 2 Zone AC and on and on.
