I want to tell about an experience I had, trying to put together a deal, which I ended up having to move on from.
The seller would not give me the proper respect in order for us to do business together and make a win-win situation. He viewed me being not smart or capable enough to arrange the deal, and insisted I tell him everything about what I was doing, how I was finding buyers, how much I was making in the deal, and also insisted that I was being dishonest with him for having a friend who is more experienced help me through the deal process. Instead of dealing with all this, I just bagged it and moved on. It is an example of one of the obstacles you must overcome being a new investor, with no experience. Has anyone had a similar experience?
I happen to KNOW you did the right thing. Realizing it was a great deal I know it was a hard thing but never let anyone belittle you just because you are new in the game. Learn from this a DO YOUR THING.

I' ve been sales for about 28 years and I've encountered this kind of try to be intimidating buyer. I would have said in a very professional manner thank you for your time and you are a f--- in a hole in 1! and walk out knowing that I left with my pride and my head held high. Next. Keep the faith.

You know that I know exactly what happened. The guy was a jerk off and nothing you could have said or done would have changed that. He thought you are stupid ad when you came back at him like you did it just pissed him off. Let it go, shake it off and learn from it. That is exactly how you DO NOT want to treat other peeps.
