Could someone please give me a good ad to post on craigslist to attract investors who will pay a finders fee, as i think that will be the best route for me to go to start with, my credit is not good and i don't have a network of people as of yet and afraid to go through a hard money lender so purchasing is not an option right now. i know i can make this work somehow and trying to look outside the box just havent come up with anything yet and feel kind of stuck because i want so much for this to work for me. thanks
