Hard Money Lenders - Past and Present

Wanted to see if there were any investors that have given a hard money loan. I would like to compare contracts.
1-Like how much % did you want.
2-What were the stipulations,if payment was not meet. 3-Did you require a monthly payment or lump sum at a certian date.
4-Did you also require a % of the profit, when home sold.
