The goal in forming the,"Be a Mentor Find a Mentor" group is to grow and learn together as a successful Real Estate Investment team. Each one of us have individual strengths and weaknesses but if we pull together our resources and talents as a team we can accomplish anything! If you choose to join each member will list there various talents, resources and contact information. From there together we will agree to a time and day each week to either meet, email,or enter into a conference call. Each week we will vote on a topic to discuss where we can all share our knowledge and experiences. Each person if willing can then network with each other working together to find,Investors,Lenders,Realtors, etc and all that we need to succeed.
Will this be a problem?
October 30th, 2009 | posted by gdsimmsI really like this website and love that the whole point of it is to learn from each other and to get a chance to network, but I was wondering if we do network and happen to invest in each other's investments, will that be a SEC violation. I am trying to find a good answer for that, but niether my real estate or corporate attorney has a good answer for it. They just kinda give me the run around. and since this is a mentoring thread thanks for any input and I would also like any good advice on investments and how REIT's are created. Thanks guys
NEW TURNKEY REO/FORECLOSURE PROGRAM
October 22nd, 2009 | posted by AnitarnyHello
This is Anita Wilson (anitarny)
I would like to announce a NEW - Investors TURNKEY REO/FORECLOSURE Buying Program that I have just completed.
The focus of this program is to make properties readily available and easy to purchase.
This is an excellent and TRIED program. I am making it available to the investors and buyers in this group. But there is one stipulation. As the title (CASH INVESTORS & BUYERS) states, this group is intended for investors and buyers that have CASH of some sort to invest.
