Hi, I wanted to start a group for the folks that have successfully assigned a contract using and/or assigns. There has been alot of speculation on this topic. So I think we need to hear from people who have actually did an assignment.
If the investors that have successfully assigned a contract could please posts the details of how they did it step by step process. ....how they signed their agreement of sale, how they found assignee, how they got paid, did they have to go to the closing....ect...

Hi Famila,I wanted to know when it comes to speaking to a realtor for the first time,what to do you say.I mean how do you go about telling them what it is that you want to do.I've been dealing alot with FSBO's and they are very open to anything that I bring to the table,but those realtors are something else.There are alot of good deals here in my home town that I would just love to get my hands on to assign them off.I dont know if its my nerves or what,but for some odd reason I just freeze when it comes to speaking to realtors.Please anyone out there help me get over this FRIGHT!!!!!

2, who pays for title search? (lender, or me) or negotible?
3, what if, the property has more than 2 loans on it, would it be very hard to deL W/ ?
