I am currently in the U.S. Army as an Infantryman. The reason I specify what I do is because there are alot of jobs in the military that allow you the privilage to be around a computer or even at your home base for extended, uninterupted periods of time. As an Infantryman we are comstanly training, ie I am in a military school that is only 14 buisness days long. It has NINE college exzm level test with approxamately 1 to 2 days of available study time. I will graduate this course, hopefully, by the 28th of March. The ninth of April I will be gone to Ft. Bliss Texas till the 25th of April. Five Days later we will be gone till the 9th of May, and after that the summer has to be yet planned by my higher chain of command. My problem is in the topic. If there is ANYONE who has purchased Deans book, and started his program, that has walked in MY SHOES then I would love to hear from you. How did you do it, squeeze in the time (WHILE BUISNESS'S THAT WE NEED TO SUCCEED ARE OPEN, ie Realestate, government agencies, ect.) P.S. My average time to go to work is 0530 while I average returning home around 1700 (5 pm) to 1800 (6pm) Both times of which all previous buisness's mentioned are closed. And of course governement offices are closed on the weekends. Help if you have ANY suggestions?!

First of all, thank you for what you do!
Second, I know investing seems like it requires so much time. And it does at the beginning. Most are on a learning curve when you start because you have to learn where to find the properties, where is growth happening so you can concentrate in those areas. then you need to spend time knowing how to assess properties, what is the fmv today, what condition is the property in and based on the condition, what is the offer I can make to have all costs covered and a nice profit. Once you learn those items, it does get alot easier. You can enlist a realtor to find the properties for you, get the comps, make the offers, etc.
If your time is extremely limited, get a planner, schedule that time you have to look at a certain amount of properties and make so many offers. You will need to set goals and stick to them to be successful. Hope this helps.
