I am relatively new to real estate, so please excuse me if this seems like an obvious question. How do I go about finding foreclosures using dean's foreclosure list? And once I find the foreclosures, what are some techniques I could use to establish a relationship b/w the realtor or lenders?

I just got Deans book today and I am on here for the very first time and want to find a pre-forclosure or forclosure. Where do I find Deans forclosure list? I might add that I am not good with searching websites like this either.

Thx Lilie for providing that link. I bought BARM almost 6 months ago and just recently started reading it. I'm an student and always heard that Real Estate was the way to go as far as making some good income. Once I found this website in the book, I was hooked. There's an abundance of useful info here, I 10 year old could make a Real Estate deal come true.
