PURCHASE CONTRACT

I would like to see some one put up a link for a purchase contract filled out and explaining what goes where and the conditions. Maybe walk us thru the whole proccess from filling the contract out, where the escape clauses go and where the information goes about the closing date.

Also would like to see a contract assignment filled out as some of us may have gotten one of these forms from the site but just dont know what to do.

contract

I think the best thing for you to do is to download the one Dean has here in Forms and Docs or get on from your realtor, copy it and practice on it with clauses you want included. What someone else has may not work for you so create your own using the general guidelines.

NO!

THATS NOT THE POINT! WHAT IF YOU DONT KNOW HOW TO FILL IT OUT BECAUSE YOU DONT KNOW WHAT IT IS SUPPOSE TO LOOK LIKE. EVERY PURCHASE CONTRACT IS DIFFERENT AND WE ALL USE DIFFERENT ESCAPE CLAUSES BUT FOR NEW INVESTORS WHO KNOW THAT MUCH BUT MAYBE HAVNT JUST SEEN ONE FILLED OUT AND WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE WOULD BE HELPFULL. IT WOULD GIVE A GENERAL IDEA WHAT IT IS SUPPOSE TO LOOK LIKE.. YOU KNOW A MACH UP MODEL.

I KNOW THIS MAY SEEM SIMPLE BUT IF YOU HAVE DONE A DEAL OR YOU KNOW WHERE THE INFORMATION GOES WELL MAYBE YOU COULD SHARE WITH US!

UPLOAD AN ATTACHMENT FOR US TO SEE WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE WRITTEN UP.

Ohhh I see

Let me see if I can help. It will not allow me to upload a doc in my post so I will post it as a forum called ACTUAL PURCHASE AGREEMENT

go look in the forums
ok

New to the Game

I am new to REI and I am starting to get a network together. I ordered the TLD course and coaching and I think I need a few words of encouragement. My wife thinks that I am crazy for sinking my money into this program and I am the only one who believes in the course and my abilities. If anyone has any tips on getting started I would appreciate the kind vote of confidence.
Thanks,
Nick from Pueblo

Hello Nick

I am with you, we jumped out and ordered TLD we will dive into it this weekend and make a plan from there. I have not shared this plan with anyone outside of my group(2 other ladies that are joining me) and my husband. I have been on this site for the last few days just reading and making notes.

I'm thinking about the coaching, have you started yet?

TLD???

I am very new. In fact I am still reading the book. What is a TLD? I sadly found out yesterday that I can't afford the coaching, but I am not going to let that stop my dream. I am so glad for the website. And I could not find the "ACTUAL PURCHASE AGREEMENT" that was in the forum. I am very new to forum's so I don't know how to find things that way.

Denia

Hi, Denia.

Welcome to the DG family. Smiling

TLD (TALD) is Dean's "Think A Little Different" program.

And here is a link to Anita's filled-in purchase agreement (note that it is for CA).

Hope that helps.

Rina

Hi Rina

Thanks Rina,
But I am in Texas. I will look at it as a fyi type of thing. And it does help.

Thanks again,
Denia

Denia...

I'm sorry you couldn't afford the coaching at this time, but don't be sad. The DG family is here to help you as well. You might be able to do it without coaching for now if you read the posts and ask for help. Then after you make money on your first deal you can afford to continue your education with the mentors. All is not lost yet dear, have faith. Eye-wink

Denia, you don NOT need

Denia, you don NOT need coaching(it does HELP) to be successful in REI, i had to do EVERYTHING on my own, and i turned out O.K., with the HELP of Dean's web site it's like your own little web site coach all in it's self, SULLY Sticking out tongue

Thanks for the support

Hello,
I was feeling a little down until I read all the different posts offering me support. All of yall are so nice. Thank yall so much. I do believe that I can make it and do great. I am just worried that I will miss some things because I don't know the right questions to ask. Now I am just looking for the right training aid to purchase. I was thinking about Think a Little Different in Real Estate, but isn't it just like the book and would it be worth it to get it?
