Seller Financing contract

Does anyone have a seller financing contract...that they have used! and used successfullly?

You mean a purchase

You mean a purchase contract?? Or the note itself??

For the purchase contract... it's no different than any purchase contract. Just right in "seller to carry a 1st/2nd/3rd mortgage with payments of 1000.00 per month all due and payable in 2010".

OFC change the amounts, dates to work for you.

The note would be created by title based on the purchase contract.

yeah...

I was looking for the note contract, but not the actual one from the lawyer that would be recorded, but the one that I would present with the offer.....(addendum 1)

I made one up....
