Offline"pride cometh before the fall" Just like the bible verse says. The reason I bring this up is because there are going to be a lot of you who start making great amounts of money through some of the techniques Dean teaches. It is very easy to start thinking that you are better than some people. Arrogance is ignorance dressed in fine clothing. Things can change fast. Once you start getting a few deals under your belt, stop for a minute and give thanks for the blessings you are receiving. Try to figure out how to start giving back. Be thankful and abundance will shower down on you. One thing I can say about Dean and his associates is that they are very down to earth. They treat people with respect. It always saddens me to see someone come into some money and then start to change for the worse. So set your goals, take action, claim your victory, and start giving back!

That's what it's all about. We are blessed to be a blessing.

That is great advise CBR. Thank you. I have not made any money in RE yet but I will remember what you said when I do. I am very blessed in every way except for my finances. Working on that now though...
you always hear 'give and you will receive' I always try and give some, even if it is not monetary. Time is more valuable than money.

You should ALWAYS be in the giving mode, whether it's money, your time, your knowledge, your food, your clothes, your furniture or even something you no longer use. Only through giving do you receive YOUR blessings. Have you ever heard that when you open your hand, that God opens His hand? It's true, I have proven that to myself over and over. When you start hoarding what you have, you stop the flow of blessings from reaching you. So even if you don't have money to give, you have something that you can give, everyone does, just remember Luke 6:3... “Give and it shall be given unto you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom.”

I am so proud of you (you too Elana) for all you have done and still acknowledging God as the one who made it possible.
I have sadly seen a couple people I know change because their businesses have grown immensley. They are just like you described...arrogant and seem to think they are better than others. May God continue blessing you in your career.

Very well said! It's funny that this was posted because it was just yesterday that I sent a PM to Pastor Greg asking that we pray for each other that we would guard our hearts and minds as we move forward and begin to make money. We must guard against greed and pride and stay focused.
