I made a little under 15,000 today.

I made a little under 15,000 today.

I made a little under 15,000 today.

By doing nothing.

Like Mr. Graziosi says; “Don’t be afraid to ask. Make it happen.” Well, here's the big deal for me! My friend is into flipping houses and it seemed he went broke trying to rehab his house. He was going to miss his own house payment, a few other bills and not even have enough to finish the house. So I offered to give him five thousand dollars to make it through the month, but he had to give me 50% of whatever the house sold for that was profit. He said he would call me back. He obviously agreed to this and I was able to give him the money. This was a month ago. Apparently the house just sold three days ago. I netted 15,000.

How did I make this happen? By taking charge and using a situation to my advantage. We’re businessmen and women, our goal is to find the best deal we can. I, being twenty years old, was able to convince a fifty year old man to make the deal –I- wanted. My journals are usually serious yet written with a comedic flare, because that’s who I am.

But I wanted to post this in a serious light to motiviate and show people that if –I- can do it, YOU can do it.

Great job James, and way to step out into the unknown and ASK!!!

Way to go James!

That's it buddy, tell the world, be proud of what you did! You should be! We're all so proud of you, not only because of your age, but because of what you've brought to all of us here. Thanks for sharing with us... By the way, can I borrow some money? LOL! (Just kidding)Eye-wink

Great job, James (and no dogs or "little people" to mess it up this time!).
Not bad for doing "nothing" right?

I do have one question. Where did you get the $5000? Just curious. It's like Dean's #3 deal....you helped someone out of a situation. You helped them and it was a win-win situation.

Awesome! So, are you going to use that $15K to invest in another property?

Keep up the great work and (continue to) make it an AWESOME day!

I actually have a well paying job, believe it or not. I had the money saved up.

Great return...

Well that was a great return on $5k for only a month! SUWEEEEET!

Good Job James!

That's the way to do it. Get out there and make it happen! Smiling
And that's exactly what you did. I have to agree totally with Elena. Not bad at all for a $5,000 investment as you would say. Keep up the good work!
