Nate is absolutely correct! Many investors don’t understand the importance of finding and working with a good REALTOR. Also realize that most REALTORs have no idea what they are doing (I know this because I am a REALTOR and I deal with them all the time)!!
Remember that the REALTOR works for YOU…you don’t work for him/her!! A good agent will have YOUR best interest in mind not his/hers. So, take your time to interview agents and get referrals from friends and family to make sure you get the best REALTOR.
