bossman, your in charge when it comes to creating a "finder's fee" contract. As it was mentioned before, you can go to Dean's contracts and find one that can work for you and you can make any changes to it so that it is strongly in your favor. As with any contract it takes two parties to make it valid, but there are many contracts that can be worded the way you feel most comfortable.
