Looks like looking for land with a view of water or territory is a good idea. I've been looking! Thanks for the great input, it just points out that keeping your eyes open to possibilities can make you a bundle. Also persistance with families who own property they can't deal with and are probably paying taxes on. Can't wait to hear more............

I just love how when I am in need of inspiration something pops up from Dean! While my search for tax sales online didnt yield results, I did find the sherrifs sale list. I have driven past several properties that are up for bid tomorrow and plan to go to courthouse and observe the process. While there I will check further for tax sale info! Always something new and exciting to explore! Thanks Dean!!!
