OfflineDoes anyone know of any mentors in the Northern part of NJ?
I feel its extremeley difficult to learn without a mentor, especially in this area. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You may want to get involved with a Real Estate Investment club. You are among 30-100 investors that meet once a month and are successful at what they do. You could get someone to take you under their wing or at least talk with some realtors that are there to pick up new clients. They usually have the experience of working with investors and could guide you thru the process.
The website to locate REI clubs in your state is, www.creonline.com. On the first page under Resources, click on re clubs and go from there.
