I am going to put a value on this book of $4,500 because that is the minimum price of attending some other Real Estate Investment Courses. The value is actually higher than $4,500 because I did not pay for only one Live training class I bought a package of 2 Live classes and Real Estate Success Software. There were also travel costs to attend the live training. And the was a cost for three day live class to be shown the package deals! Now don't get me wrong that the other company's training program was overpriced, or undervalued they had a value to them as well. I have learned what it really means to Invest in Real Estate and what you can actually earn from Real Estate Invsting is more valuable than money.

Have your brain melted by being shown all of the many amazing ways to make money in real estate. Here is the contrast between the KILLER DEAL!!!! and the "deal". Dean's Book is Almost PAGE FOR PAGE what I learned from Live Wholesale Investing training. I have to say almost because in reality his book has more detail in it. When I came back home from Live training I was pumped and excited to Assign some deals. I learned a great amount and I applied all of it. My Business Partner and I have had three properties Under Contract but never an assignment of contract. It seemed as we went on we always had more questions come up and when we would refer back to our training manual and notes and we didn't have any answers. And where I live there are not that many people doing assignments of contract and it took awhile until we found people who could help us understand the process better.
We got Burnt out on the advertising costs, amount of phone calls, and lack of enthusiasm from a few Realtors. We took a break for awhile. I came across Dean's book through his website. I know Matt Larson personally and he had mentioned Dean before so I had a little more Faith in Dean's Products.
I ordered the book and recieved it on March 17th I finished reading the book on March 29th. The minute I read the disclaimer I knew something was different about his book. It took me 12 days to finish because after all the chapters I took action!! I have a 1-800 number setup with a recorded message to sift, sort, and screen potential deals. I am working on my website, I have put out my bandit signs, I have car magnet signs, business cards, meeting a motivated realtor, and have already contacted some potential deals. I have been able to get this all accomplished while working a full time job because I learned so many little extra nuggets of gold from Dean's book compared to my previous training that I have the utmost confidence I am going to be a successful Real Estate Investor.
You do NOT need to spend as much money, effort or TIME trying to learn a proven NO MONEY DOWN system from other company's training courses.
Go with Dean Graziosi and Matt Larson. Their techniques in this book will be all you need to learn a no bull way to start making money in Real Estate with out any of your own money. Their Book will cover all the details you need to know to make no money down deals in Real Estate. If you have questions go to his website. He tells you the URL address in his book related to every topic in every chapter. I have not found another website or book with as much valuable resource as his. I bought 3 more copies to give to my Parents, Brother and Sister.
