Good morning! I have a chance to pick up a house on a golf course with an appraisal of 410k (2 years old). I'm think of offering around 140k because the circumstances surrounding the property and golf course could be convincing enough for the bank to take a low offer. Currently in redemption so it hasn't hit the market yet. Also, I'm just starting at this and I do not have any lenders/investors/sources of money. Any input would be appreciated!
