Hi, I got lots of questions:
-How can I get someone to buy a property that I have found in 15-30 days?
-Banks take more than 30 days to approve/deny a loan.
-What about if the house is in foreclosure has equity.... but owner owns some money?
-It is easier to find a seller than a buyer.. If I found a house to sell. I would have be acting like a realtor to sell this house
-I have no money,no money, no job. HOW IN THE WORLD IS THIS GONNA WORK?
Besides these mentioned facts HOW WOULD I ABLE TO SELL A HOUSE THAT HAD BEEN OVER THREE MONTHS IN THE MARKET AND NO ONE IS BUYING... I WOULD END UP KEEPING THE HOUSE. or losing the deal due to low demand in the market. BANKS ISSUES what ever..
