My First Offer Accepted, Real Estate Agent flabbergasted

My First Offer Accepted, Real Estate Agent flabbergasted

I hope I posted this for everyone to see, I am currently at work and my real estate ageant called and said that the Bid I placed for the HUD foreclosure property has been accepted. List price was for $34000, bid in at $22,000, market value is $70,000+.
The price dropped dramatically earlier this month from $48000 and that was the que I have been waiting for, I pounced like a mountain lion as sson as I saw the price came down. I am going through alot right now, my Fiance and I broke up about a month ago and I willingly gave her the home we bought back in Feb because I knew that they were bigger and better things to fight over than that house..
Dean, you're changing my Life. (did you count that, 4 words) Look for me..

So pumped up.........

As soon as the dust settles its on to the next one, and the next.........

To my DG family: I Love you and don't even know you, keep posting like you do, so aspiring investors suck as myself can find the inspiration and encouragement to not only keep their heads above water, but walk on water itself following Deans principles and Techniques..

Just for kicks Visit this page, not selling anything its a music video that I keep close to my heart as inspiration:

As you may notice, I grew up in the Caribbean island of Antigua, but unlike many others, my family are entreprenuers, 5 people in my family own their own businesses, and 4 others has professional Careers, Doctors, Dentist, Accountants, Farmer (well not professional, but hey).

I hope to have many more possitive blogs, please keep DG ALIVE!!!!!

Congratulations!!!!! I'm so

Way to watch that listing to know when to jump on it! This is another GREAT example for everyone who has been told by their RE agent "They'll NEVER accept an offer that low!
I'll bet it feels really, really good to know you're playing the game and WINNING!! Smiling

P.S. I had to smile when I read your profile just now. Looks like a couple of YEARS actually means a couple of MONTHS!!! Yeah!!!!

Thank you so much

Just stay on the track, I was very downhearted when me and my fiance broke up but I said, this is for me, this is what I have been wanting to do for the past 6 years now and it is actually happening.

It will happen, remember the only limit is the one that you set for yourself.

Thanks again, keep the faith

What's your plan?

Congrats! What are you going to do with the house? Live in it? Wholesale it? I am so glad your offer was accepted and you blew away your agent. I'm tired of the agents coming off as the be all end all. Also, you did the right thing by giving up the house and not fighting. I believe you sowed a seed of peace and in return you received an accepted offer. Keep the faith and much blessing to you.

Press on...

Very inspirational video. Congrats on having your offer accepted. I guess you are "off to the races." Great job. As always, I feel quite emotional when I hear about separation. I am still hoping that everything will work itself out, but if it doesn't, life goes on. We are all looking forward to hearing the other numbers, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, ..... accepted. God Bless.

Document a rental house

I would like to use my new purchase of a rental house as one of my 5 for the opportunity to get back my investment in the coaching system. How do I go about documenting this property, and how does it count towards the $1000.00?

Hey papagsr....

Loved reading your post today and I congratulate you for a job well done. Your deal is a perfect example showing that it might not be "perfect" when first looked at but you didn't forget about it. Sure enough, after a couple months, the price dropped even more and you "Nailed It"!!!

Anything is possible and you proved it... Now I know it's not so nice to kinda throw it back in someone else's face but it has got to feel great to be able to show the real estate agent that this is entirely possible and that you actually did it! Maybe now, he or she will take an honest / sincere look at what you are trying to accomplish and finally be on your side with 100% committment. So not only did you land a great deal, but you now potentially have your real estate agent finally on board!! NICE!!!!

Take care and I wish you the best for deal number 2,3,4,5 ...... 1,000,000!! Smiling

God Bless!

Awesome job !!

I am always glad to read about people going through tough times and taking that adversity as their motivation.... You have taken the first step to improving your lifestyle and life itself !!!

Keep pushing forward..

Great Job! Way to go! What's next? Are you going to sell/ flip or lease/ option?

I also had a HUD offer accepted in April, closed 6/25/09. This was a learning experience and still learning.

Reading Dean's book and visiting the Dg family website has inspired me and gave me the courage to make my first offer. You don't have to know everything you just have to get started. To all the Dg family, keep up the good work.

Still need advice on my HUD project check out my latest post sell/ flip or lease/ option. Any help from the DG family will be greatly appreciated.

wonderful job
