It is not huge, but it is good to know that there are a few changes to California's laws. A seller of a foreclosed home can not require a buyer to use a certain title or escrow company. The buyer gets to choose the company.
They are also cracking down on unlicensed contractors. They are going to start arresting and fining any contractor operating without a license.
I just thought I would pass that along for anyone working in California.
