We must have a total of 3% deposit when accepted and at least $1000 in goods funds in hand by way of a check when the offer is presented. The check should be made out to Fidelity National Title. When offer is accepted the checks will be deposited to an escrow account at Fidelity. If the offer is not accepted the check will be returned or destroyed, based upon your instructions. If you are providing funds to your lender as additional deposit I must include that with the offer. If this will be 100% financed, I must know that too.
The employment of inspectors is up to you. Do you know or have inspectors you wish to hire or do you want my recommendation? All inspections will require funds in hand at the time of inspection.
