Now adays banks don't want to accept offers with "and/or assigns," or a land trust, how do I get around this??? I know I can always do a double close but I'm having a baby soon and don't want a deal to fall through because I can't make it to a closing. I would much rather assign these REO's and short sales. How do I get the bank to accept my offers for this? Is there a loop hole any of you know about?? Thanks guys!
