Does anyone really care if we quit or succeed?

Does anyone really care if we quit or succeed?

I've been searching for answers and the only answer I get from here is $10,000 for a mentor and all will be good. I've sunk every penny we have into this and have nothing to show but more monthly payments. I've tried repeatedly to find help and no one is willing unless we pony up $10,000 that we don't have. Some kind of help and I'm finding out more and more that is the way they operate. If I'm wrong, contact me Dean and set me straight.

Wishing you Happiness and Prosperity,

Yes We Care!

I am a coach for Deans Academy. I do care for each and every student that I work with! We post often on the Forums to help students and non-students that is on our own time! There are many people here on the site day in and day out that would give you help or be happy to answer any questions that you have for free. Dean actually cares so much that he does have a scholarship program for people who can not afford a mentor. He has created a website that is so user friendly and out of his own pocket that is free. He posts free videos, writes books, gives of himself freely to help all people of varying financial ability. We are definately here to help you, Dean has done SO MANY THINGS to help people - I am proud to say that I am a coach for his academy.

People do care!

I think everyone here is here to support and help eachother out. How long have you been trying to invest? It takes some people a year to make their first deal, but when they make that deal they make another and another and another. What have you been doing to get started? Maybe you need a new technique, a new plan. We are all here to help. Sometimes you can be holding yourself back by being negative.

Hey Rick & Peggy

As in your other thread - I'm sorry I didnt see your posts until now. I also notice you havent been back on since then....I truly hope that you are moving forward and working towards your goals. But to answer your question - every single person on here cares for each other, and none more than Dean! And I can promise you that on this site, and in Deans books you have all the information you need to become a smart investor! Information overload can paralyze you, so my advice would be to step back and get focused on exactly what type of deal you want to do - bird dog, assign, fix and flip, etc. Then you can target your market and buyers and sellers with specific criteria in mind. I'll be watching to see if you post again - hope so! Some people make a deal right away, others take more time. But its those that persist that are successful! Feel free to pm me if you like. Wishing you all the best!
