I was invited to attend a weekend real estate investor workshop with one of the top real estate gurus in America. There were over two hundred people from across America who attended this event. I met some amazing people that have made it in real estate by just doing it. I was very impressed with their results. Furthermore, I was a Realtor among real estate investors looking for deals. It was a great experience for me. It was two full days of speakers. There were two sessions on how to find a Realtor and how to work with a Realtor. The majority of investors stated that it was hard to find a Realtor who is investor friendly.
I was very humbled by the experience. Also, I am very proud of my accomplishments here in Phoenix, Arizona. Why? I started the Real Estate and Beyond Team to be investor friendly. I have always stated that people spend thousands of dollars on real estate education and cannot find a Realtor to assist them. My vision was to be that Realtor for the real estate investor. There is a lot to learn when it comes to real estate investing. Does one learn it over night? No, I have been perfecting my trade for the past nine years and I have not stopped learning.
