OfflineI was looking on craigslist and I found what looks to be a very good deal! The seller is wanting to go back to school and needs out of the house to have no obligations. It is a 3bd/1ba that has been remodeled. Seller wants 40k(apraised @ 55k)and says she will take offers. I will offer 25k.Wish me luck because lord knows I need to complete my first deal.
