How should this section be filled out? " The sale is contingent upon the Investor finding a buyer that shall qualify for financing according to the accepted criteria of_____________________ and it's funding source.
Wasn't sure on this part.
name goes in that space. If you're working with a Mortgage Broker put their company name in that space. If your buyer is already working with their lender put their Lender's name in that space. If the seller has a preferred lender put that Lender's name in that space.

Hello everyone, Derrick requested a copy of this document and couldn't find one, so as a newbee what I did is I created one just like the on in the book as a template in Word. if your buyer is paying cash then that isn't really applicable is it? Only exception being is if they're using a hard money lender to generate the cash to do an all cash transaction then you would put the hard money lender's company name in that space. You would get a proof of funds letter from your Cash buyer verifying that they do in fact have the cash as they say they have to purchase the property and complete the transaction.
