i have this particular buyer lined up, who is looking for a wide variety of properties.

if i were to lock a property up with an agreement to purchase contract, what exit strategy (weasel clause) should be used?

Say, if you needed to back out of a deal b/c your buyer didn't want to go through with it, what are some examples of weasel clauses that can be used?

Backing out

Look at the Default section of the "Purchase and Sale Agreement" contract(Deans that is) and you will see that all you lose is your deposit(if any), plus maybe any future deals with that particular seller. Sad
