hi every one, i know that these questions may have been answered before hand, but i am a person who needs it to be answered directly. now i have basically no money. i read the book, but i got a bit confused with the section about contracts. do i need a real estate agent or can i find sellers my self? and how exactly does the lease option work? that confused me a bit as well. and if i am unable to sell the contract within 30 days am i liable for anything? thanks bunches!!! answers by people in the New Jersey area are much needed.
