How's it going DG Family,
Fam, I need to talk to you all for a minute about my situation and to help keep me focused.
I have about 7 buyers that are looking for properties. Out of the seven 4 are cash buyers. The down side is that I have no properties. This pass week I been on a RE Agent Hunt to see who is willing and reading to make things happen. I can't even tell you how many agents I encountered, but I am persistent in finding a great agent who is open minded and not scared to take risk. Now, I have no cash and my credit just got messed up but that is not going to stop me from pursuing my dream. It's 2009 and my year to shine. So, do you have any suggestion on finding a great agent? I guess I just need to keep being persistent until that door opens up and the agent appears.
Also, I've been calling all the FSBO properties that I encounter and haven't yet ran into motivated seller or someone looking to do creative financing. I know that deals are out there and I will find them.
Second, is title companies. When locating a title company what type of information should I gather from them. What type of questions should I ask?
Family, I just ask that you help a brother stay above water. I know it's going to pay off and it will. I'm determined and passionate about this journey. I Can't Stop, I Won't Stop! Like, I said it's '09 and my time to shine. I just had to vent a little bit.
I'll See You At The Top!
