In Dean's book "Profit From Real Estate Right Now" he gives great examples on what you should ask while recording your automated message. Some of these questions left me with very little to go on afterwards. For example four of the questions he wants us to ask is: How much is still owed on your mortgage and how many payments are overdue?
Does the payment include the property taxes, and if not, are any tax payments overdue?
Has a Notice for a Sheriff’s Sale been sent?
Has the bank sent you a list of additional expenses owed to them for the foreclosure process?
Ok my question is once I get this information from these people then what next? This information must be critical but I am lost once I get the information. I thank anyone who can clear this up for me.
