Hello DG Members,
I really enjoy the forums because I can share my thoughts with other real estate investors. I want to share with you a potential tip. If you live in a climate that has snow, look on-line for pictures of real estate listing with snow in June or July! These listings were listed in the winter and the photo has not been updated.
I laughed today because it was so hot, you could have cooked an egg on a sidewalk! It was 95 degrees, hot and humid. When I got home I looked at various homes on the internet and laughed because some had so much snow you could barely see the home! I feel you know these homes had to be on the market a while and they could be a potential deal.
So look for the snow in June and July, it may lead to your next deal! There is no need to bundle up so you can leaves your hat, gloves and boots at home, after all it is summer time...right? Good luck with all your deals! Believe and Achieve! - Joe
