I just finished reading Dean's book and I am really excited to get started by doing assignments. There are just a few things I am unclear about. If I do decide to have a realtor find properties for me, and I end up doing an assignment, then how does the realtor get their commission? There may be other realtors involved for the sellers ans the new buyer that I am assigning to.
Another question I have is can you negotiate the price on a short sale and are you able to do an assignment on a short sale?
I would appreciate any help that I can get because I have already heard about some properties that sound promising, but i definitely have no money to invest, so I would like to do a few assignments to get started!
