We all our comfortable in certain areas or places. Some people enjoy the great outdoors and spend as much time as they can in their yard. While others enjoy the comfort of a great recliner in their living room. The main thing here is we make think our best where we are comfortable at so get those ideas flowing.
If we want to get to our destination in real estate it takes a plan and a roadmap. Dean has provided the information, plan, tools and roadmap to get there. Dean also discusses the importance of creating our teams to help us along the way. I often look at our "Sphere of Influence" whether they be family, friends, co-workers, neighbors or people in the community.
The more we can come out of our comfort zone and meet new people and expand our "sphere of influence" the more opportunities that can come your way. I have found that every new person that I meet, has at least one person they may know that can assist me with my goals in real estate. Some people know great bankers, realtors, handyman, attorneys, contractors or even buyers or sellers. Thus, each day work on expanding that sphere of influence and who knows how large it may grow!
