Hi. It sounds like a lot of people on this forum have chosen the route of using a realtor to find deals for them. I am wondering what the realtor charges to do this for you? Obviously, they are not the listing agent on most of them and if you assign the contract, they would not be the agent of record on the buyers side either. I am wondering how they profit on an assignment deal like this? I don't want to hand my entire assignment fee of 5-10k over to a realtor.
