Looking for North Carolina Investors

Hello to everyone. I hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving and are truly thankful for all we have now and all we are achieving.

I live in Southern California but because I am focusing on Cash Flow properties realize I can achieve more for the money in other parts of the country.

I am interested in buying some cash flow properties in the Charlotte, North Carolina area. If any of you are in the area and would like to work together please send me an email.

I have an agent I am working with out there but need an investors eyes and ears to help locate the right properties. My agent went and looked at a duplex that was supposidly rehabbed and ready to rent only to find that it was in terrible shape. She said it wasn't as advertised and warned me away from it.

I'm from Florida 32 years ago we planted a Willow tree out side my babys room window in our first home 1977, we lived in Fla for 55 yrs. owner finance

Hi Everybody I have A quick question,Im lookn at a house its worth about 50,000 I have the owner down to about 39,000 and willing to owner finance part of the property.THe house is payed off so If i offer him 20,000 down and he carry the rest,I got good credit and have 6 other rental propertys.How Does it work if i go to a bank get a loan on the house for the 20,000,they would be the first lien holder on the house,would my seller be the second lien holder and how does that work do i do a promassary note or how does that work to were my seller fills secure.
