how does vesting of title work and what does it mean exactly? I came across something that said if I put in my offer when submitted, "vesting of title to be determined at closing" that this should get me around the assignment bug with the banks so I can flip them no money down. Is this true? Also if it not does anybody have a list of title companies that do double closings in Northern Cali so I can flip the darn things?!
